As a service to our patients, we provide onsite digidtal x-ray and bone density exams as well as a lab services provided by Quest Diagnostics. The physicians of SOFD make daily patient rounds in North Central Baptist Hospital to better serve you.  Our Saturday morning urgent care clinic combined with extended hours on Mondays and daily Express Care service  provide you with a variety of scheduling options for your convenience.We look forward to building a satisfying relationship with you as we work together toward our common goal, a healthier you!
